From drawing to finished fabrication

We can manufacture directly from supplied drawings and specifications or work with you to develop the design first.

Our Custom Design capability brings CAD, engineering and manufacturing knowledge together to develop practical, production-ready solutions before fabrication begins.

With design and fabrication working closely together, potential manufacturing challenges can be identified early and details refined to improve fit, function and efficiency.

Cutting, machining, welding and assembly

Custom fabrication often involves more than welding components together.

With multiple manufacturing processes available in-house, Jemco can take care of more of the build from one workshop. Our WaterJet Cutting and Tube Laser Cutting capabilities provide accurate cut components, while Fitting & Machining allows us to manufacture and finish parts where tighter tolerances are required.

Components can then move through fabrication, welding, assembly and finishing to create a complete solution.

One-off builds to repeat manufacture

Some projects need a single purpose-built solution. Others begin as a prototype and develop into an ongoing product.

Jemco supports both.

For products requiring repeat production, our Contract Manufacturing capability provides a pathway from prototype and fabrication through to consistent ongoing manufacture.

For larger projects involving multiple suppliers, processes or stages, our Project Management team can coordinate the complete build from start to finish.
