For projects beginning at the concept stage, our Custom Design team can develop the initial idea into a practical, production-ready solution.

From there, we can coordinate prototyping, procurement and manufacture, drawing on Jemco’s in-house capabilities and trusted specialist suppliers where required.

This gives our clients continuity throughout the project, with decisions made in the context of the complete build rather than individual stages in isolation.

Manufacturing capability under one roof

Having extensive manufacturing capability in-house gives our project managers direct access to the people actually making the product.

Our Custom Fabrication, Fitting & Machining, WaterJet Cutting and Tube Laser Cutting capabilities can all form part of a coordinated manufacturing programme.

Where external expertise is required, we manage those relationships too, keeping responsibility for the overall project with Jemco.
