Accurate parts, ready for fabrication

Accuracy at the cutting stage makes everything downstream easier.

Tube laser cutting allows multiple features to be incorporated into a component during a single cutting process. Parts can be designed with locating features, tabs, slots and accurately positioned holes to simplify alignment and assembly during fabrication.

This can reduce manual cutting, drilling and preparation while improving consistency between components — particularly valuable for repeat production.

Where a component still needs to be developed, our Custom Design team can help create or refine CAD designs with the manufacturing process in mind.

From individual parts to complete assemblies

Jemco can provide tube laser cutting as a standalone service or incorporate it into a wider manufacturing project.

Cut components can move directly into our Custom Fabrication process for welding and assembly, or into Fitting & Machining where additional machining is required.

For projects combining tube with plate or sheet components, our WaterJet Cutting capability gives us additional flexibility within the same workshop.
